Is Lighthouse Key Resort & Spa licensed by the state of Florida?
Yes, we are licensed by Orange County as a lodging provider and each condo is licensed by the state to be rented as a short term rental property.
What is "My ALL STAR Reservation"?
"My ALL STAR Reservation" is designed to assist you manage your Lighthouse Key Resort & Spa reservation through our secure easy online system. With the "My ALL STAR Reservation" system you will be able to:
Once you book a reservation with ALL STAR, you will receive an e-mail including your user name and password. Within your profile you will be able to change your contact information and credit card information on file and personalize your password to something you will remember. If you have any questions about "My All Star Reservation", please contact our Guest Services Team at 1-866-966-0281.
What is required to make a reservation?
When you find the condo of your choice you can either book the property online or speak to one of our Reservationists at 1-866-966-0281. When making your reservation, we require a 1-Night Rental deposit that is a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your rental cost. The remaining balance is processed 30 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point. Please note if the final payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday it will be charged the last business day prior to your final payment date.

Do you offer group rates and planning?
Yes we do. Please indicate the type of group and how many people you will need to accommodate when calling.
Yes, Lighthouse Key Resort & Spa offers meeting space available in three different layouts:
- Theatre style seating for up to 64 people
- Classroom style seating for up to 42 people
- Round table seating for up to 42 people

When is Check-in & Check-out time?
Your condo will be available for Check-in at 4:00 p.m. An early check-in can be guaranteed for an additional fee. If the condo has a check-out the day of your arrival, an early check-in will not be available.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Guest Service representatives are available at the Lighthouse Key Resort front desk 24 hours a day. Reservations Agents are also available to answers questions and confirm reservations 24 hours a day.
Do you offer Travel Insurance?
Yes, at an additional charge of 7% of your total.
Your Travel Insurance payment will be processed when you reserve your vacation condo. If you do not include Travel Insurance when you reserve your condo, you will have up to 30 days before your arrival to purchase Travel Insurance.

What is the $35.00 Processing Fee?
A $35.00 processing fee is required for each reservation. The processing fee will cover the administrative costs of processing and managing each reservation.
What is your Change/Cancellation Policy?
If you make a change to your reservation a $20.00 fee will be assessed for any update. No changes can be made within 30 days of your arrival.
The 1-Night Rental deposit is Non-refundable. A cancellation within 30 days of your arrival will result in a loss of all monies. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
What will we be responsible for when we check out?
We just ask that you lock up and bring the key cards back to the front desk. You will be responsible for any unpaid charges incurred utilizing on-site services. If balance is not paid at time of check-out, it will be charged to the credit card on file given at check-in.
How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from ALL STAR at Lighthouse Key Resort?
All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email from ALL STAR Vacation Homes, unless email is unavailable. To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domains lighthousekeycondos.com and allstarvacationhomes.com to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a reservation confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation. Expect a second email with final confirmation and arrival instructions after your final payment has been applied to the reservation, thirty days from arrival. If you have not received these emails and you have adjusted your spam filters, please contact our billing department at 1-866-966-0281.
Yes. If you’ve left something behind on your visit and we find it, we can arrange to have it shipped back to you.
Lighthouse Key Resort & Spa is within 4 miles of Walt Disney World.
Yes, there is a Super Target, Publix grocery store, a Walgreens drug store and many restaurants including Houlihans, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steak House and more less than 1 mile from the resort.
Is there Transportation to the parks?
Yes. Complimentary shuttle service is provided to the theme parks for groups of nine (9) or less. Additional destinations can be arranged at a discounted rate. Please see our Transportation page for more information. Please note: shuttle times may vary. Check with the Guest Services Team upon arrival for current schedule.
By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

Is there a telephone at the condo?
Yes, there is a telephone in every condo. Local calls are free and long distance calls require a calling card or credit card number for usage. The telephone number to the property is not given until the morning of check-in.
What is considered a master bedroom?
A master bedroom will have: a king or queen size bed, TV, nightstand, dresser or chest or armoire, and private access to a bathroom. Some master bedrooms may also offer additional bathroom access from the hall.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, there are linens and towels provided in each condo.
No, the vacation condo is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request Mid-stay clean at an additional charge.
A Mid-stay clean includes: washing all sheets and towels, cleaning all bathrooms, kitchen area, vacuum and dusting, sweeping and mopping and refreshing your starter paper products.
Are there cleaning supplies?
We do not leave any chemicals in the vacation condo but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum, dishwasher, iron and ironing board in the condo. There are starter paper products in the condo, however you will be responsible for your other needs thereafter.
